Julius Caesar's Backgound
Julius Caesar was born either on 12th or 13th of July 100B.C. Caesar progressed himself into the Roman political system. He served as govrnor of the Roman Province of Spain in 61-60B.C. He made a pact with Pompey and Crassus, which helped him get elected as consul in 59B.C. He was appoined govrnor of the Roman Gaul, which he stayed for eight years. During that time he added all modern France and Beligum to the Roman empire. He made two voyages to Britain in 55B.C. and 54 B.C. while in Britain he had defeated Britons who were led by Cassivellaunus.
